Dubai transport: check the People of Determination nol concession
What is reported
RTA's personal nol card service page lists a 100% fare discount for eligible People of Determination with an active Sanad or Tourist Sanad card issued by the Community Development Authority. The service information includes provisions for residents and visitors.
Why it matters in the UAE
An eligible personalised card can reduce the cost of getting around Dubai. This is an ongoing benefit guide, not a newly announced discount; the supporting card and its validity matter.
What you can do
Use the official RTA service page to check your category, documents, concession validity and covered transport services before applying or travelling. Confirm route-specific rules with RTA.
